At RAGEC, we are committed to thinking beyond today’s standards of gynecological care. We continuously evolve our services, training, and research to meet the changing needs of women and communities. By expanding access to endoscopic and minimally invasive surgeries, and by raising awareness and knowledge about laparoscopy, we aim to empower women and improve health outcomes across the country.

To become a national and regional center of excellence in Gynecological Endoscopy
By 2030, RAGEC will be a center of excellence in gynecological care, delivering high-quality, minimally invasive surgeries that prioritize patient safety, comfort, and recovery. It will serve as a key hub for training and research, nurturing the next generation of healthcare professionals and advancing evidence-based practices in endoscopic gynecology. Through these efforts, RAGEC will contribute significantly to the improvement of women’s health across Sri Lanka, raising awareness, expanding access to modern surgical care, and promoting informed health choices.
