Visiting A Patient

RAGEC warmly welcomes families, caregivers, and visitors to our hospital and community care facilities. We are committed to ensuring that every visit is safe, respectful, and comfortable for patients, visitors, and staff.

As public health conditions continue to improve and health authorities revise guidelines, RAGEC has updated its visitor policies accordingly. These guidelines are designed to balance patient wellbeing with the important role families and caregivers play in the healing process.

Please note that visitor guidelines may be adjusted in the future in line with recommendations from the Ministry of Health and hospital safety requirements, to ensure the continued protection of our patients, healthcare teams, and the community.
